It actually depends on the situation - when I get bad grades at school, for example, I usually get upset very easily, and I cannot think of anything besides the bad grade I got.
Aside from that example, when I often get upset, I try to either draw stuff for fun or think of some level ideas, or just think of stuff that pop up into my head.
