3 trials, 16 sections making them up, 4 exits per trial for a grand total of 12, all crammed into a single level.
Have fun! I also included the location of every exit incase the judges can't find them all (or if they are rushed by their week deadline, since I have no idea how they can complete all of our levels so fast).
It may be a tad harder than most of the other levels, but I'm sure everyone will get to the fist "normal" exit.
Also, can we upload our levels to the Hacks section after this contest? I'm pretty sure mine and most of the others are long enough.
Wow. Are we expecting the judging time to be extended? That is a LOT of hacks to review.
Especially since so many of them are long this time. I know mine's huge - at least 5 times the overall size of my submission last year.
Anyway though, at least the extension was convenient, as it let me go and do all the testing and palette editing that I wanted. The only thing I have left to do is to have a few friends test it for me tomorrow afternoon and it'll be ready for submission.
Regardless, I'm very satisfied with the way my level's turned out, and am really glad I was able to get a few people here to test it. It's always nice to be able to look at what others think instead of just relying in solo testing. I ripped apart and gutted many old levels for ideas for this, and with their help was able to fine-tune some of its issues.
Best of luck to everyone, and the few stages I have played have been spectacular.
