Oohh... yet another major loss I've heard about. What happened?

(I'm pretty much set for the contest, just gotta setup the guidelines, of which I've got a setup in my mind, and "wait" for SNN's permission)

@sym: I think you made a small mistake there, the player doesn't need the koopa, only the shell. Therefore the noteblocks serve no purpose, you can just kill the koopa and make a small shelljump later.
Apart from the last screens (the empty one and the one with the multiple square floating platforms) this seems pretty nice!

@PangaeaPanga: ZSnes and the likes can easily be obtained, after all you managed to obtain them in the first place too right? Isn't there some sort of release of your SMW: World of Pain? An old IPS-file roaming the internet or something?

Attention: I've been doing some much needed cleaning of my File Bin, and realized that my Kaizo Mario World IPS is taking up a huge chunk of My Files. Here is the new link ( http://bin.smwcentral.net/14853/Kaizo_Mario_World.zip ), but this makes a rather large amount of broken links throughout the thread. I can update a few of them, and perhaps a mod can update the first post.

EDIT: I've updated my own posts in the first 1000 posts. I suppose that should be good enough, just gotta get the one in the first post fixed.

So, I let my little brother play on my computer, while I went out with my friends. When I came back, I found out that my lil' bro downloaded a virus (he won't tell me how he got it). My dad had to re-format my entire computer, and, you get the idea.

I can obtain ZSNES, Lunar Magic, those stuff of course, but the World Of Pain, it will be long lost gone. I will be happy if someone out there in the SMW Hacking Communittee can make their version of World Of Pain, since I no longer hackc (I still play SMW Hacks every now and then).

Ulti, I will be happy to contribute to the 2nd Annual (is it the 2nd?) Kaizo Level Design Contest in any way you want me.

I also realized that last year's contest was not in March, but April, so that gives me more leeway than I thought in setting it up. I'll likely send you an overview of the main post + judging guidelines before putting it up.

No problem. Oh, and it really was in April (April 10th to May 10th if anyone cares). I am pretty sure I will have time to be a judge (I just need to regain the knowledge of how to play Super Mario World first =D).

My suggestion: Play the original Kaizo. It's so ridiculously easy compared to the shit we've seen, it's simply hilarious! XD

(I request that my creation, Unknown Island, be removed from the Kaizo lists. I've deleted it, it's an utter piece of crap, and I made it crappy on purpose.)

Also at the midpoint rather than killing yourself you can just go over the top, I believe this is faster.

aha yes but the appearance of it being faster makes it look better but considering urs wasnt with slowdown it could be better i just havent seen your one
