Pretty nice overworld. I have never been too fond of the generic grass tiles though (the diagonal ones), and they look especially weird when flipped in both directions. Might I suggest using straight green, or even drawing a simple alternate grass tile speckled with green? Just a thought.

The cave you showed earlier is also pretty nice. I wouldn't bother changing the lava's graphics, although I would darken the palette just a tiny bit if I were you. That would probably make it look a bit more fitting.

Nice, nice GFX you made for the lava there Dino. I know they are custom b/c I've never seen those.

You have an amazing hack going on here, I haven't seen the previous updates... but I'll play this when I get the chance.

The bushes are from Mega Man X: intro(Yes, i played that too >_>), but the rest is custom.

Time for new pictures:

Background half completely drawn by me: bushes are from Mega Man X.
The foreground is by me, i hope you like it

Water tiles by me, but i used Mega Man X tiles as base.

Hope you like this transparency effect!

If i pass those enemies, i get an extra life potion (blue potion)

A little cave part too! if i would have more tiles... i think i would do better!

This looks really great,kinda like a mountain stage with a city backdrop...will you be having a city stage as well?If not then that kinda background probably wouldn't fit...looks gtreat though...

The only real thing I want to point out her is those coinblocks,it looks like a pokeball cameo appearance.

I like the way those wigglers look.
And the coin blocks do look like pokeballs, and im not saying its a bad thing... (Gotta catch 'em all!)

That city BG & palette you designed fits in really well with the FG graphics. I really appreciate the time and care you put into your palettes to make the hack look consistently smooth.

On another note, those sprites look really crazy and give your hack a very distinctive look - I like it! The use of transparency is a nice water gimmick as well...
