How do you get it to read "Luigi Start!" Instead of "Mario Start!"?

Search for it in the ROM section of the site, it's one of the first things in that list.

1: How to create new paths in the Overworld Editor? All I can do at the moment is moving (not copying) the old paths, but I'll eventually run out of paths :p

If I moderated your hack, there was apparently a 90 percent chance it was rejected.
In gfx00 or at the start of allgfx you will see the 1/2/3/5up tiles. the 5up one is glitched (and is the green one). replace it with a squished goomba tile with yy-chr. Dont replace the whole tile, just the half. you can rip the tile from a smas rom or which rom you like. hope that is helpful >_>

...now, I'm one step closer to infesting my ROM with classic goombas. Muah ha ha.

On the OW how do I make one level turn into another level turn into another completely differnet level, like by switching level numbers.
Layer 1 Events. :P
Okay and now how do I make the initial flag settings for each different level tile except for when copying and pasting because everytime I check one of the boxes it changes them all.
Can custom sprites and custom blocks be added in at any old time throughout the ROM-hacking process, or is it best to add them right at the start?

Also, will Sprite Tool remove and then reinsert sprites to a ROM each time it is used? In other words, can you have already installed sprites to your ROM, then use a differently-numbered sprite list (which includes additional sprites) to reinsert your new sprite list to your ROM (with no adverse problems)?

Yes you can insert sprites with the same list as before and nothing will have changed with the sprites you have ind=serted before the ones you have just inserted.
How do I isnert ASM codes without sprites (Like giant blocks)
