Tip: After editing your overworld, make sure to use an EMPTY save file, as save files with progress may load Mario's position based on previous versions of the overworld. Note that altered level flags will also only take effect on new save files.
64/4 is a hack I've been working on for a while now. It started off a series of projects, recreating features from Mario's 3D games. Now it's a 64 styled hack where you must gather stars (exits) by various means, such as collecting 8 red coins, clearing a level of enemies or just straight-forward Mario platforming.
Features:
-A Super Mario 64 style HP system, where coins replenish health.
-Four timed powerups: the Wing Cap, Metal Cap, Vanish Cap and Fire Flower.
-A hub level (Peach's Castle) that will teleport Mario to different parts of the world, if he's collected enough stars.
-Bonus areas based on Mario's earlier games.
-New graphics made by yours truly (with the exception of OW and BG stuff)
As Lightvayne said, this hack looks really promising so far. I absolutely loved SM64's concept, I and like the way you transferred it to SMW. The graphics you made look nice too, especially your Mario graphics - Did you draw them yourself or rip it from some game?
I actually had the idea of making a SM64-styled hack as well, but your hack seems to be way better than mine could have been. You're implementing features I never thought of, such as red coins, caps and small pictures in the status bar.
I'm looking forward to the release of this hack. ;) Keep up the good work!
This is definitly impressive!I'll keep an eye out for any future progress!

There is a glitch in hammer hills 2 that make the red coins appear again after you took them when you use a pipe
Yeah I cheated my way through that part using the glitch. I checked this topic to see if anyone else adressed this as I didn't leave it the additional comments of my review.
-Fixed various errors, like the item reserve drop, carrying the P-Switch through pipes, etc.
-Red coins no longer respawn or give the player normal coins. They are hidden many places now, such as inside breakable boxes, frozen in ice or even in the possession of enemies.
-Caps/Fire Flowers now have the correct graphics, and item boxes will spawn them upwards so they are visible.
-The three levels in the demo have been slightly altered. With the loss of red coin healing they are somewhat harder as well.
-I've been working on a new death routine. I may even make a separate death routine when Mario runs out of air underwater.
-Holding the L button will cause Mario's fireballs to fly straight. This will likely be used for puzzles.
-Also, stars now change color once they've already been touched to avoid confusion later in the game.
