May I introduce myself, I didn't in the last thread so I may's well here. I'm Jirachi, I don't know why I'm here or what I'm doing as I'm opposed to ROM hacking, however I can't physically leave this place for reasons that are beyond me. Pleased to meet you.

Hi I am Charles Legend I'm interested in Rom hacking and game development, I'm a friend of Knight of Time who suggested I should join SMW.

If you're looking to get started with SMW , the first thing you should do is download Lunar Magic (there's a new version available, that you can find on the main page). After that, you should thoroughly read through the help file to get the hang of using Lunar Magic, and you can also read the FAQ here (it's in the sidebar on the right). Making a great hack takes time, but if you learn quickly, you can benefit in the long run.

Well, welcome man! I honestly recommend using the older version of Lunar Magic, since the newer version stopped working for me about 3 hours into using it.

Oh, and I guess I could say I'm back from hiatus as well.

Well, actually that´s the fisrt time i found this topic, thats why i not introduce myself earlier.
Hi i am Italo, my nick here is TheGamer, i think that is because i like a lot to play and make games, i´m 16 and i will make 17 years soon, i first met SMW hacking when i saw a video of a hacked SMW, so i search a little and find this awesome tool, Lunar magic, and thanks to it i stick up to make my first game, that is called Pacheco project. i like a lot to make games (even if this is the first one) i like a lot look around SMWCENTRAl news, but for now i am giving more attention to my game, then post about something else here, because i am very busy at school and the little time i get is to dedicate to my hack. just to be honest, i have to do a homework now, but i am writing this.
so nice to meet you all, hope we all can get along with each other, now is better get going, i have to finish my homework

Well, the problems seem to stem from editing roms that 1.63 had used, but since this guy is new (Welcome!), he'll start off using 1.64, so no glitchiness should occur.
