This is something I have been noticing a lot lately. People will go into other people's hack threads and complain that the creator is either "copying" them, or that he or she needs to change their hack because it uses a concept they deem similar to some other hack.
Let me tell you something, it isn't going to happen.
This is a Super Mario World Hacking website. Technically speaking, by nature hacks are never entirely "original" because they are based off something that was made by Nintendo 18 years ago in the first place.
If you think someone really is copying you, or you feel they will "steal your spotlight", then please keep this to yourselves or PM the author about it. If you truly feel someone is actually directly *stealing* what you have made, then you can perhaps PM a staff member about it. But we don't need these kinds of comments in people's hack threads where they are looking for feedback about their work. People who make threads here want feedback for what they have made with SMW, not accusations of how you think it's similar to something.
To put it in one sentence, please try to keep comparisons of other people's hacks to your own or to other unrelated people's works at a minimum.
That is all.
