Description: This is my first *serious* hack, it started with vanilla levels, but now i've added custom sprites, blocks, etc.
Reasons
I pointed out like, every little thing, so don't be discouraged because of the long removal log.

The only perspective error I could find was at the top left of the pond. I think you used the wrong tiles there.

This 1-up here was a little easy to get, but once I got to it, I had to blind jump to get down. You had some coins leading down earlier, just do the same here.

Tiny cutoff on the right side of this platform. Make sure there is no ground tile underneath it.

The bullet bill launcher cuts off the ground behind it. Also, the very right edge of this platform is a tiny bit cutoff.

This part was really hard, it seemed I had to take a hit here from the bullet bills. Raise the pipes up so that it is easier to jump over them.

These bullet shooters are cutoff floating in the air. Just extend them down to the ground.

This was the most unfair jump in the whole game. I had to jump off the spring board through a narrow path of spikes, while still moving to the left, beating the autoscroll. This is only level 2! lower the difficulty a little, please?

Because of the autoscroll, Mario walks for about 20 seconds after the music stops. Lead the player through a pipe to an area with the goal to prevent this...
...and this from happening.

This Ball 'n' Chain doesn't circle around the block you wanted it too. This pipe is cutoff on the bottom, and cuts off the other pipe at the top.

The rope, vines, and shooters are all cutoff here. Make sure things have definite ends, so they don't look odd.

When the area is slippery, you shouldn't have one block jumps like this. Make the platforms at least two blocks long.

The autoscroll doesn't stop at the end like it should. Make sure your level ends on a screen boundary so the autoscroll stops.

The place had not enough time for going through the whole level. Add a couple hundred seconds or so.

These coin block stairs are hard to jump up, space the blocks a little farther apart.

A) I'm underwater, I can't run.
B) I can get past the fish without waking them up, which makes this section really boring. Put the fish closer to Mario so they are sure to wake up.

I can swim under some of the blocks to get a the way back here. Worst part is, I can't swim back!

I enter the next leve to see a moon and a flower. A second later...
...the screen scrolls down and Mario dies. Fix the BG/FG initial settings so that Mario doesn't die upon entering the level. Also, the bullet shooter is cutoff into the ground there.
Overall, the gameplay was a little back and forth, from easy to hard, to easy and hard again. Make sure your levels follow the difficulty curve, and that the easy levels come first, then the harder ones. I thought it was fun though, and after these things are fixed, I will gladly review it again for moderation. I will be waiting for your next release!
