Basically Lunar Magic is not saving for me, even if press the save button. It saves virtually nothing... Sometimes it works, other times it dose not. I'm starting to get really pi**ed off at it occuring every freakin time... Please help if you can...

Have you even tried going to File -> Save Level to Rom or just do Ctrl+I

Hacks I Support:

I click on the save icon button. I suppose I can try the other way you suggest, and hope for the best.

On a side note, I'm no noob to Lunar Magic, I've been using it for a year now, and recently got the new version of it... So that might be the problem... (I should've mentioned that in the previous message...)
Did you mae any changes to the rom? Is it "read-only"?
Also the new version shouldn't be a problem.

<TLMB> I use YY-CHR to edit DNA
Yes, I made changes to the rom -_- (As I said before I'm no noob...)

I don't know what you mean by read only...

The only thing I can think of that might cause a problem is the new Lunar Magic, or Super Block Tool Deluxe (which I started to work with recently...)

What cars means by "Read-Only" is go to the properties of the rom and it will have checkboxes that say stuff beside and one of them is Read-Only

Hacks I Support:

I agree, with cars the rom is most likely read only file type. But there is one thing that could make this a false statement, you said that it would save sometimes and other times it wouldn't. If it was a read only file it wouldn't save at all. It might be your rom you are using.

try saving your levels as MWL (if you don't have alot) and download a clean rom and move your levels there.
Or you could use a old version.
Sounds a lot like Windows Vista problems. If you're using Vista, move your ROM to the "Documents" location and edit it there. That should fix the problem.
Hm, you've been using BTSD. Try closing BTSD when using Lunar Magic, and vice versa.

Do you have an IPS in your ROM's folder? If so, remove it.

Translhexation and BTSD both revert changes to your hack to the last time Lunar Magic was opened, so if you've used them, be sure to resave. If the ROM file isn't read-only, I'm not sure what else it could be. This may sound dumb and silly, but are you sure you're loading the same ROM file?

Yes, the problem comes from tools restoring a previous version of your rom. Only open one rom-editing tool at a time and your problem should be solved.
