The brightness of the palette makes me think it were a palette from Super Mario Advance 2. That's no bad thing though. Looks pretty nice.
Figured I might as well share a few palettes from my hack which I am quite fond of. If you want the .tpls, feel free to PM me.

A sunset palette that works with FP's rocky FG and a Wario Land 4 BG.

A kind of early morning palette that works with a doomship FG and a Dino City(?) BG.

Another sunset palette, but a lot brighter. Works with Len13's new mountain FG, and Broozer's mountain BG.

EDIT: Here are a few vanilla palettes that I put together fairly quickly:

A darker ice palette, which could also work underwater.

A dark castle-like palette.

Don't really know what to call this. It can kind of be used in a starry setting, similar to a star hill or star haven level.

The vanilla palettes can be downloaded here.
The underground one looks really good. I don't like the last one though. It looks a little odd. But thats just me. :P

You appear to have the palette in the dirt for my ExGFX backwards. What you have as the darkest shade should be the lightest and vice-versa. Same with the grass portion. Swap the dark and light colors and the graphics should look MUCH better.

The rest of the palettes look quite good as well, though in the dark castle, it's sort of tough to see the ball n' chains. Maybe re-add the outlines?

I quite like this palette, and your use of colors to make it appear that there are more than there really are, however I think dark blue on the horizon needs to be a color that's closer to the ones below it.

This one seems a bit off to me, as it doesn't look very icy. You might want to make the ground less of a teal and more of a blue. I think it'd make this palette a little better if you were to move the color selector closer to a grey for each shade of the foreground, but not too much so that your original color becomes dull. The lack of concentration would be a nice effect on a cold-looking level, as it would make the colors appear more like ice or snow, which generally don't give off much color.

It still makes an awesome underwater palette though. :P

Well I tried my best to make a fall pallet, and heres what I came up with:

TPL

Please leave comments.
Works with vannila hacks (fall levels and lava caves)
Background works in
Forrests (seasonal levels, rejoice!)
Cliffs (do i need to say anything?)
Hills (lookit them thar hills)
Ghost Houses (haunted orange)
Castles (lava castle)
Caves (The honey-dew cave)
Underwater (Red like coral. Or orange.)
Bonus Rooms (Cherry cool-aid anyone?)
The background and foreground dirt are nice, but in real life grass doesn't turn bright red during the autumn and winter. If you look at it, it actually turns a kind of brownish-yellow due to a lack of chlorophyll.

Just saying. It's great otherwise.
Yes...
Thanks for the sicence lesson.
we ALL know i came here looking to see if my pallet was realistic or not..
And OF COURSE thats why I put it in a mario hack!
As I said, I just thought I'd point that out. I did say it was a nice palette...

Though the bushes could probably use a palette change too.
My first try at making a custom palette.

A nice crystal cave palette. I always thought it looked like blumeire's old mod color. So I call it Blumeire Crystal.

comments, yo?
@yoshi666: The ground and background colors don't fit. Maybe you should keep trying with the proper palettes. <_<

@Witch's Brüe: Looks nice, the foreground and background colors look just right.

I edited the palette from my last screenshot to make a blue crystal cave. Ignore the lava palette, btw, I fixed it after taking the screenshot.

I call it "Raspberry Caves". A temporary palette replacement for this level, since it's hard to edit the level in LM with it's ingame palette.

I made a poison palette for my level.
It uses exanimation too :D

aran - Graces of Heaven

One of my first attempts to make a palette.
It's a dark pallette. Not only did I change the FG and BG pallete,
I also changed the Sprite palletes to give it the feeling that it's evening,
and that rain fell not that long ago.

It's not done yet, I'll probaly make the palletes a bit darker.
I might make the status bar dark aswell.
Also, ignore the cement blocks. I forgot to make them darker.

Please leave some comments.

@Witch's Brüe:
The palette looks really nice, I like it!

@Potato Lantern:
It looks good, don't have any complaints with it.
BlackEagle766: Looks good, but the grass' palette is "upside-down", it should be lighter on the top and darker on the bottom, not dark on top and lighter on the bottom.

Other than that the palette looks great
I like your foreground, but your background palettes look a little too saturated.
I have ripped a FG and BF from Super Metroid ("green" brinstar)

And I have modify the palette to make a "dense" jungle of another planet :P
