@Tails: I told you my opinions on IRC yesterday, so you probably know that level 5 is my favourite, and level 7 looks cool.
@Hobz: The foreground work is great! it's very, VERY hard to make the tree trunk palette look good because of their simple layout, but you pulled it off nicely. ;)
The BG trees and general BG color looks too saturated in comparison to the FG, though. You should fix that up a bit. But seriously, you're great at paletting.

I'd almost suggest making the black outlines a really dark brown (brightness 15 or less) just to see how it looks...

Actually tbh tails, I am surprised I didn't change the black outline, as that is typically always do that.

Hobz, go for a little more red/orange. Try dulling the background a bit, it should make the palette in the foreground stand out better.

I think there's a bit too little contrast it's there. It's all a weird blend of green, gray and brownish-yellow, but not really appealing to the Eye. This is Super Mario World, not Gears of War

Yes, this palette looks much better, but I don't like the koopa shell palette.
Yeah, the palette is much better now.
I personally really like the dull koopa palette, but it's all a matter of opinion.

Here is a pallete I made for a lava part of the second level in my hack.
I think its probably a bit too bright ( I used the original SMW lava pallete for this). So, if you guys want, ill lower the brightness a bit.

As it is now, it is pretty eye-searing. You should dull the colors down quite a bit, as the SMW lava palette rarely fits ground.

How's the palette for my title screen? I personally think it's fine, but I was also told the colors seared the eyes a little bit, so I dulled it just a tad bit. What do ya'll think?
