The Complete Yoshi's Island Soundtrack

After working on this since the beginning of October, it is finally finished! Some of you on IRC may have heard me talking about a really big C3 project I was working on. Well...this is it!

Download Link

It's the complete Yoshi's Island soundtrack ported to SMW with samples! All 35 tracks. No, this is not a joke. I've spent a lot of time and effort working on these to make them sound as accurate as possible. Obviously, there are a few mistakes, but they should be pretty unnoticable for the most part. I know that I am still missing a few songs (such as the "dizzy" versions of the three main level songs. :P) But I didn't have enough time to port those ones.

I would also like to thank CrispyYoshi, TLMB, Atma, and S.N.N. for supporting this project and encouraging me to finish.

Well...I think that's about it. Remember to read the Readme before using, and enjoy. ^_^
This is awesome! I love YI music!

35 songs? That's just amazing! I'm sure someone could do a hack using only this music and pull it off. Great job on this!
Working on stuff again đź‘€

C3 stop 16 - I remember this from last C3. It was a lot of fun, but it was lacking. I am sure that if I continue hacking, I will be really reliant upon this. Is it possible you will be doing something similar to this in the future?
Balloon Party.
At times like this, you need to step back and say, "Where's the Balloon Party?"
Jimmy... your awesomeness is real. I seriously couldn't even IMAGINE someone would be so kind to do something like this. Although I'm currently on a kind of long break from hacking SMW (currently just making some graphics every once in a while), I'm certain this shall be of great interested to many people. Excellent work, really!
These are simply amazing, Jimmy. No doubt. This is the closest you can get, without having to use a music patch (which doesn't exist). Two thumbs up.
OMG I Think I just fainted thank you so much Jimmy!

"and the award for best music goes to..."

That is VERY impressive, Jimmy. Excellent to see all of YI ported. I listened to a few, and they sound very close to the original (being samples, of course.) (Personally, I prefer non-sample music, but whatever.)
Holy crap, Jimmy! I knew you were planning something big, but sheesh.
I'm sure all smw hackers will benefit hugely from this, Jimmy, including yourself, seeing as pretty much your whole hack is YI based.

Very very nice. One of the best threads at this C3.

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!1112233455

I'll have to use some of these in my hack, provided I can figure out how to work SampleTool.
dammit jimmy you ruined my chances for the gold music trophy >:<

This is really amazing. I never possibly would have thought you would've ported the whole YI soundtrack. The most shocking part, though, is that you used samples on every single one of the songs! I really don't know how you were able to pull it off, but you did fantastic with these.
Thanks for the comments guys, I appreciate it. :) Oh, and in case you guys don't know how to use Sample Tool, I'll probably do some non sampled versions of these songs and submit them individually to the music section sometime soon. Glad to know that you guys enjoyed this.

Also, it's lolpiano, Aispy. D:
Ohhh, how did I miss this thread?

This is an awesome YI soundtrack! I love it.
You have done an amazing job of porting the whole thing. Way to go, Jimmy!

Oh man Jimmy, thanks for this. I love listening to music from Yoshi's Island, like Make Eggs Throw Eggs, the Castle, and the Caves. Now, I can (hopefully) insert these into SMW.
If I didn't hear it, I wouldn't have believed it.
Excellent job, Jimmy.

Wow. That is very impressive, Jimmy52905. Great job!

Unfortunately, I won't use any of them since I'm not putting any ported music in my hack (I'm planning to write it all myself), but that doesn't mean I can't still make use of it. I've already added several of the songs to my SPC playlist.
Wow, this is really amazing. I think you beat Midiguy. I give you 5 thumbs up.

I should have something witty to put here (even if it's just to update dated info), shouldn't I?
