I'm sure you'll start working on the hack again. I remember a period of time when I stopped hacking for a few months, but as you can see, I came back a hacker more talented than ever before! I can only imagine what you'll accomplish once you return from hiatus.

Yes guys, I've finally continued progress on my hack. I haven't gotten around to take any screenshots but i do have not one, but two videos for you guys. They are both of previous levels that I have made improvements on. Enjoy!

OMG... al of your work is amazing, amazing, AMAZING! It seems that you have put so much work in to all the hdma and layer 3 scrolling and tons and tons more! dude keep it up and this will be a very very respected hack and will be thought of as one of "thee" main SMW hacks.

Nice job with the layer three columns, very reminicent of SMB3 in how it's setup. For the way it's setup it looks really good in the level, it really gives it that extra punch of creativty. The same goes with the parallax scrolling. As I had commented on the video, nice usage of the Donkey Kong Country layer 3 background for the parallax scrolling, it goes prefectly with your custom graphics, as well as the Yoshi's Island background.

I can't wait to see what else is in store. :>

Oooh, that castle parallax is really nice. I like how the majority of it is composed of the original graphics from SMW in order to make it look that way. Awesome job on that. :>

Also the cutscene for the night fall is a really nice touch. It will certainly make it a lot easier for the player to distinguish between the different cycles.

Oh and nice job on the palette there Neosz. It looks perfect for a daytime theme. The gradient really adds to how the level looks, making the theme that much better.

Whoa cool stuff there man, I really should comment on this more though. I have to say, those pillars look so awesome though. Oh, and if you wanna fix that funky effect where you see the HDMA when you transition between levels, just apply HDMA 3.x in the patches section.

Lynnes: Thanks a lot for showing me that patch. I remember I applied an older version a while back and it was quite glitchy, but now that this version is out, it helped a whole lot. I was even thinking about making a custom "Mario Start" screen but I don't have to now

I remember seeing this hack thread before but, I don't remember commenting on it. Glad to see you have updates on it.

Anyway, this is a very well put together hack. The whole hack itself is just spectacular, everything in it is just awesome. You have very nice features, just like the OW from day to night. And the parallax scrolling is cool too. Good work, Neosz.
