Tip: By pressing Shift while placing event tiles, they will be made "silent" and will not appear until a map transition happens. Always use silent event tiles to draw paths in other maps (i.e. a Vanilla Dome event while the player is on the main map), or glitchy tiles may appear.

1) sending a Edited rom is illegal, while sending the changes made to a rom (the IPS file) is not. If we sent you a fully changed rom, we could be arrested with high cost fines and jail time (that legal information is in the back of instruction booklets for a reason). Even sending just the clean ROM can be illegal if you dont have the proper citation for it.
2) all you need is Lunar IPS, the download, and a clean rom. Its not that hard. Really!

listen, i don't know that much about rom hacks, so if you can just tell me sonethins a rom hack noob like me [that's right, i'm calling myself a NOOB!] could understand, i'll be very greatful. thanks.
once youve patched a rom with lunar ips once, youl never have that problem again. most googled roms are clean, so once you get one, use the clean rom verifyer built in on the site, patch with the lunar ips which was given by someone else in this thread, and patch it thhen play
