Tip: Using Lunar Magic's "Change Properties in Sprite Header" dialogue, you can adjust the sprite slots in which sprites can spawn. For example, by using a sprite memory setting that doesn't use slot 07, you can easily prevent Reznor breaks in your hack.

how do you make the music in the boss rooms change? i tried changing iggy's music but nothing.

I think you will need a Hex Editor for Iggy's and all of the other bosses, except for Wendy and the other guy that was like Wendy but had a yellow shell, you can only edit those guys.

uh im no expert when it comes to hex editing but what am i supposed to do? and if push comes to shove, i may have to replace the normal boss music TT_TT

Yes you will have to replace the normal boss music. anyway if you want to go ahead and do it then heres what you do.

This is just the hex edit you will have to do.

286E1---$05:84E1---1 byte---Music---Level Music - Boss Battle [05] (change to any other value to change what music plays by default during boss battles)

1. Download Translhextion (Im tired of linking it all the time so download it in the tools section)
2. Unzip it and open up your rom in it.
3. Press Ctrl+G and type in x286E1

These 2 are both the same but do step 4 if the number is 05, do step 5 if the number is 04

4. if it takes you to a number that is 05 then change that to the custom music number you want, has to be in Hex so if the custom music is 1D type in 1D there. (Please note that this music will be for all Boss Battles)
5. this is the same as Number 4 but if the number is 04 then when you type in your number you have to take away 1 so 1D would be 1C so type in 1C there.

ok, ill give it a try when i have more time, and for future reference, i have just about every tool in the tools section incase i want a new approach

yea, only about 33 mb when combined with a full set of files for reference and patches, and some fg and bg, still learning to use them though, also it has all my midis with it.
