The Star World [Beta Boss testers needed] - Works in Progress

Hey guys, I've gotten a few complaints about the key jumping level in Glitch and Switch, so I'm going to change my plans a bit. I'm going to finish the non glitch version first for this site, then edit the levels for my site. If you're still interested in testing out for me, let me know. And if you want to see a new video of it up, I'll get one for you all shortly.

Boss for the first Star Tower has been made, along with a preview of the fg graphics of the tower. The boss still has a few bugs, but this is what it's going to look like.

Lol alright. I'm not sure if the exGfx will be able to include the cave though near the top... Lemme go check in yy-chr if they all are there in the same file.

Alright. If you guys don't mind actually, I'm going to submit all of the graphics that I've made when I finish up with my custom "Star Tower" Graphics. The graphics will include any custom sprite graphics that I make as well. Yes, that includes the boo cloud. >.> For now though, I've got to finish up the next grass land, and switch palace. Any suggestions on gimmicks that I could use for the grassland level?

Okay, I still want to test this. And I like the new level replacing the glitch level.

That star tower sounds awesome! You could make a quick-fire challenge level.

Maybe... Oh Snap! What about a monster chasing mario? That would be awesome! Are there any sprites that I could insert to have a giant monster chasing mario till he reaches a finish line or something? I could do that!

You could do a layer 2 scrolling level. Make a giant moster (GFX) and place it in the first screen. Then you place Mario a fair distance away and then set the autoscroll to whatever. Except fast, that may be pushing it.

When using layer two, you can't use a background... Can you?

Yeah, the castle levels use backgrounds. It only affects what you set as Layer 2.

You have to set something and then you place objects... Or is that Layer 3...
