Well, uh, how about this? So the guy uploaded a video game to the internet. Is that worth crushing him with a multi-million dollar debt that'll ruin his life? For a measly video game?
Uploading the game to the internet was an illegal action, he basically challenged Nintendo to catch him. If it ruins his life or not, he should have known what could await him, though probably was convinced that he won't get caught. It's his problem, now he has to deal with it.
Let it be a lesson to everyone, think before doing something serious. People forget to think these days.
It's too bad that new super mario bros wii is just so awesome one pirated version is 1.5 mil to nintendo. what assholes. allthough that guy must have talents... Tag (span) was not closed.

Gahh this buggs me ALOT the game wasnt as good as I hoped and plus the SMW featured hacks are more fun and worth whilenlike brutal mario that game had more fun parts than the acuual game and how much does it cost NOTHING!!!!!
This makes me (not pissed but)angry
