@FirePhoenix: This looks very nice, though it doesn't look exactly like the Super Metroid one. I would suggest to shade the grass of the SMW version a bit more and it would be perfect. Also, the HDMA effect that you've inserted in the level is neat!

@SMGamer: This castle level looks nice and so does the BG. Have you drew it yourself?

@Ersan: Nice one, I guess this is only a test of your ASM edit, but still nice. :)
I haven't uploaded them yet but I will soon.

As for them looking similar, I hadn't even seen those graphics before so there's no chance that I copied them.
Broozer: Yeah, I drew the background for the castle.

That's what my computer had and has on my computer.
I couldn't do anything with my computer, it was done through the task manager. Every now and then those rundll.exe errors occurs, but all of this does not stop me from working on my hack.

I updated my over world.
And I know the ice and sand world got white out lines. But that pallet is hard coded. Nothing I can do any thing about.
The sand world needs to get a bit darker and the ice world needs to get a lighter blue.

Work around the white outlines. Make some sub-worlds. Change the worlds themselves. The white outline is unacceptable.
this is a great glitch that the luigi's enemy (Grisba, for mor information read the my theard, isn't an advert)caused in this hack.



this level has a level with "display level message 1" with a good "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGH!!!!!" info box message.
this garbage house has a secret...

You must do something about the outlines crys. It´s just unacceptable as Daboys121 said.

I did try the sand world darker. But I kinda like it more in this color.

The outlines don't really look that bad IMO.
Sub maps? Not much a point. I am sure you can figure out why.

Since I haven't given an update in a while...


Thanks to Kaeru for Elias's GFX (which I modified slightly), and to Waweegee who also drew GFX for me (though I didn't use it because Kaeru's fit more with the style of my hack).

It's not final, though, and still needs a bit of improvement...

Reminds me of the crystal cavern levels in Demo World: The Legend Continues.

Fix that and it'll be excellent.

The poem sounds pretty interesting...wonder what it all means. A nice little extra touch to this hack, which already has some very nice touches. ;)

That is an amazing OW. Very, very, highly detailed and well-designed. Do those locks work like they do in SMB3?

Some of the names of the worlds could have fruitier names. Try looking for synonyms of things that go with the worlds to find these names easily. It usually works well for me.
I used the SMB3 Blocks in the past, but due to Layer 1 issues, I have to use those Layer 2 blocks. But yes, they work like the SMB3 locks. It's something different. Instead of beating a generic castle and the path to the next world or something is RIGHT after, it's in a new area. :P
