Its because the game thinks that the turn block is still there. The turning animation is made of different tiles, and is programed to remake the normal turn block after a certain amount of time, so the turn block will appear no matter what.

Blame the fact that SMW has tons of glitches.

Yes, this really annoyed me. I hit it for the vine and waited for the vine to go all the way up and the turnblock to respawn, then go up as fast as possible because you don't need to wait for the vine now. Just thought I'd put that out there.

Man, I should of listened to the warnings from the start. I suck at this game big time... but it is so awesome!

Nice job on the puzzles, even though they pissed me off to oblivion. I loved the last page for the warning about politics and racism. That made me laugh my ass off! And that's a big deal, because Mario hacks never really make me laugh like that.
