Basically you are given a set of rules. Any post you make in this thread must follow these rules, or else you will be disqualified. But here's the catch: At the end of your post, you can (but do not have to) create an additional rule that every post after has to follow. (Be aware: if you create a new rule, you have to follow it too when you post afterward.)
However, a rule can be made null and void if any of the following occurs:
1) The player who created the rule has been disqualified.
2) The rule directly conflicts with a previous rule.
3) The rule is too broad or would make it impossible to post. (i.e. a rule stating that you cannot use pronouns)
4) .... (I will add more if I have too (I probably won't have too)
If you believe a rule should be nullified for any of these reasons or noticed someone did not follow a previous rule, say so at the end of your post (you will not be penalized). But be careful: you may be wrong....
If I see that a rule should be nullified or someone has been disqualified, I will make a post stating so.
The first ten people to post in the thread (not counting me) will be able to play.
So, let's get this started:
New Rule: New rules must affect everybody and cannot be targeted towards one person or group.
That rule... its hardly fair. I HAVE FURY at your new rule. *reggie shrug* Oh well, guess I can't change it
You also didn't use your post count there dino. You should have added something that said your post count, for instance, mine is 765. C'mon, you can't forget your own rulez.

New rule: Your new rule must be hidden in some way or another. Your choice on how.
New rule: You must disable your layout in every post.
I have it set so that I cannot see layouts, so I cannot tell whether you are following this rule or not. Also, this rule only targets people with layouts (a specific group). So I am nullifying this rule.
Also, Pseudo-dino didn't follow a rule, so he is disqualified. Since he is disqualified, all of his rules are nullified.
EDIT: I'm going to keep track of the previously created rules so the game is a bit easier to follow.
So, the rules are:
(TRS) New rules must affect everybody and cannot be targeted towards one person or group.
(TRS) You may not edit your posts. (this was originally Noobish Noobsicle's rule, but I'm stealing it because I want it to be permanent)
(Noobish Noobsicle) You must use a hyperlink in your posts.
(Yakov) You must specify the time you started typing up your post (including timezone).
(Yakov) Your post must have at least three paragraphs (that is, blocks of text separated by an empty line).
One thing though. Noobish didn't follow my new rule and you don't have it posted. I guess it was kinda unfair, so I'm not gonna be like
"ima firin mah lazer" at you (oh right, the meme rule is gone huh?), but quote my post to find the rule I posted.
That would be because I did not quote your post, so I did not know you made it. I consider that a bit unfair, because I expect to see it without having to use some sort of method.
So....
New Rule: All parts of your post must be completely visible and readable without having to quote the post, etc. (This nullifies HuFlungDu's rule that your new rule must be hidden in some way.)
EDIT: This also nullifies his last rule because I don't know what it says.
New Rule: You can only have a maximum of 48 hours between each of your posts. You also must post sometime in the 48 hours immediately following this post.
Since I started writing this on 5:23 PM MST, I decided it would be good to mention that I am not an advertisement whore; I just need to increase my e-reputation to pay for my server in Salzburg.
Therefore I do not wish that you would visit the site as I have nothing interesting there. Except the wiki.
New rule: along with your post you must write a random fact.
Oh, and by the way, this is the music I was trying to embed in the CSS abuse thread, but for some reason, it just wouldn't embed...
Just because I have to, I'm going to say that I started typing this post at 5:14 P.M PST.
And this is just another worthless line of text.
Random fact: my original avatar, face.gif, took about thirty seconds to make in photoshop.
New Rule: Your post must follow your new rule.
Also, what happens if you don't post in 48 hours? Does each person who waits more than 48 hours get DQ'd? That would be unfair, simply because if one sees it's been more than 48 hours, he won't post because he'll get DQ'd, causing the thread to die.
