but is there anyway how to hex edit the Boo Boss...
I havent seen a thread on this yet so i just would like some help.

Well, what do you want to edit? Theres the fadeout, the "defeated" music, how long it takes to appear, the appearing sound effect, the HP, the falling sound effect, the palette...

All the stuf we know of is in the ROM map.

how long it takes to appear, and is there one for it's speed?

Theres a hex edit for everything, we just haven't figured out all of them. The speed is unknown, currently, but the time it takes to appear is known. Use these two hex edits:
