I need a layout like the background please:
http://tesing123kirk.freeforum.me.uk/html-test-view-h44.htm
@liverpol

That could easily be made with Balrog's Layout Generator or with a base code.
Baww, I got dethroned!

Anyway, yeah, a fresh start was in dire need. Though, there was some really great material in my thread. Maybe for the heck of it, dig through my thread and put up some of the more decent works adhering to the rules of this one.

Edit: Oh yay! Some of my rules from my thread survived! Thank you Luigi-San for preserving some of my common-sense rules.

Edit #2: Rabees, you do know you have an editable textbox in there, right?

@DrawingYoshi: I love your taste, man.

It's just impressive, Counterfeit. I don't even know what to say.

Lots of thanks!

Personally I'm getting a bit bored of the moz-border layouts. They've become as popular as the generic pieguy code. Don't get me wrong, they look nice, but ... well, I don't want to see every layout on this site using them in future. :\

I have an idea for a layout, but the image I intended to use didn't come with Photoshop CS5.

If only I could find some sort of image ...

Is mine interesting enough for you? xD
And what image would that be..?
It was that sort of curly thing ... I think Pachi used it in his C3 banner entry.

I'm betting it's somewhere in CS5 but I'm just too stupid to find it.
Hey all, for my layout, can someone change the code box to have this at the top like the dry bones in the quote? Could you also change the color of the code box to maybe a darkish green? Thank you.

EDIT: Oh, could you also change the quote box to be the same color?

I beg you not to give me any credit, as I don't think doing something this simple would be credit-worthy. Just keep all the credits to Counterfeit herself; I honestly don't mind.

The HTML portion of your layout's code remains the same, the only alterations are in the stylesheet itself. Therefore, all you need to do is replace the URL for the old stylesheet with the URL for the new, modified one: http://bin.smwcentral.net/20422/lynnes.css

Yep, that should be it. Enjoy.

Oh thanks a lot Broozer, but the green looks a lot worse than I thought it would... So if you could tell me how to change it to dark grey or something, I'll do it myself, but I hope this doesn't sound ungrateful or anything...
Code
.lynnesbg1 .quote .box {border: 1px solid #003500; background: url('http://www.smwcentral.net/ranks/smw/60.gif') #001400 top left no-repeat; padding-left: 24px}

Change the #001400 to the hex color you want. The #003500 is the lighter green border, so I guess you could also change that hex color to a color that you want to.
Make sure you also change code box one right below it for the color you want in the code box too.

So what you would do is make a css file, copy the information from the existing css file and paste it in your new css file, change the hex colors to the colors you want, save the css, upload it in the bin, then in your edit profile, where it says @import url('http://bin.smwcentral.net/20422/lynnes.css') you change that URL to your newly uploaded css file URL.

Hope that helps.
Just a little thing: my layout doesn't complete its space totally. Is it normal?

Now I need to change my old avatar. Or not.
Ok so I want a layout with this background
With this image in the bottom right corner.
Make the border white, the code box (and text) yellow, and the quote box a somewhat bright red.
I want this to appear at the start of each of my posts.
I want this at the start of a quote box.
And I want this at the beginning of code boxes.
Link color can be bright red, hovered yellow, and visited yellow as well.
If possible, a side sig box would be nice. I hope I followed requirements.
I've been looking for a more complicated layout and found HTML a little over my head... Thank you for your time :D
(resize any images as needed)

--------------------
I've realized this was outdated.
I sent HyperShadow a PM about his layout request. I have most of it done, but the other parts will be finished soon. Just thought I would post this here to say that the layout is being made by me and it is almost done. So I didn't want someone to start on it if I already had most of it done.
May I just remind you that the background is way too large in size. Keep in mind the layout size limit is 200kb. When making the layout I hope you resize it and do whatever else to make the size smaller (index colours and whatnot).
I want to request a layout. I have tried the layout generator, but it doesn't work. I must be doing something wrong. I want it to not tile or repeat, have white font, and have no border. When I press "generate", it comes out all white. Can somebody PM me when its done?

EDIT: Lol I forgot the image! Its http://bin.smwcentral.net/20765/Holy%20Trinity.jpg

--------------------
Finally got a layout :D!
I'm no good at CSS, but I can tell you that the image is way too small. I suggest that you find a bigger image, because it would look terrible if you expand it.
Ok, if its too small, how about this http://bin.smwcentral.net/20831/Holy%20Trinity%20[Large].jpg ? I tried using it in the generator too, but thought it was too big.

Finally got a layout :D!
