New Super Mario Bros. Ds Editor, can I get help

Ok. I got this editor called NSMBe5 and for some reason my computer says it can't open because it failed to initialize properly. I don't know if it is my computer or not. Can anyone help?
You might have it too deep in your hard drive. Windows has a filename length limit for some arbitrary reason. Just move it closer to the C: or D: or whatever in the file address.

Or, you could go the sensible way (sorry Midna) and get the .NET framework. The newest editor for New Super Mario Bros. was compiled under Visual Studio 2008, if I remember right, and theres a good deal of a chance that you need the .NET framework 3.5. Just do a google search for '.NET framework 3.5' and take the link to leads to Microsoft. If this isn't the problem, then make sure that your 'spritedata.txt' file is in the same directory as the program.
