It's from the first page, but I found it. The music is "Praying Hands" from Castlevania II - Belmont's Revenge.

This music was present in Super Mario World 2 (by Black/daigaidai), if I remember correctly. The title is Shin Megami Tensei II (Digital Devil Story 2) [SNES] - Battle
(original here, starts from 0:54). I'm not sure, but probably 757 or gocha made this port.
And yeah, it's so epic and demonic, I love it too.

edit: actually I have the .txt of it, with a .bin file, so I don't know, how to insert it, though I didn't try it yet (I guess it needs some other Japanese addmusic, perhaps).

It's the Hyrule Castle theme from Zelda. That specific one came from Twilight Princess, which is no longer on SMWC to my knowledge.

At 0:45 U.N. Owen was her played which is Flandre Scarlet's theme from Touhou 6. Although, I saw an earlier post saying it used to be on the site, but now isn't. Where can I find it now? And how did it get removed?

1.) Aside from people occasionally submitting Eastern content, I don't think UN Owen Was Her? ever was on the site.
2.) The OW song is Welcome to Crocodile Isle from DKC2.

As MrDeePay said, I guess that song never was available on this site. Actually this is a different version, because as I know, there are two versions of the UN Owen ports. This is made by gocha, probably. The other one is made by King Salmon (?).

In Luigi's Adventure OSE, what's the music in Basil City 3 (look at 3:03) and The Catacomb? It appears in other hacks, like Mega Rex Adventure (Molten Highlands, cave part) and MKM2 (first cutscene).

Nope. It's actually Mystery Deeps by MidiGuy.

DKC's Aquatic Ambience is very similar with Mystery Deeps in the beginning, but after the differences are noticeable. You can find it (Aquatic Ambience) in Super Mario Omega's submarine levels.

- KDL 3: SMW Hacks 101 (Take Time) and SMW 2+3 (Island and Jungle/Swamp worlds' map);

- Megaman 2: SMW Hacks 101 (Attention to Detail) and Mega Rex Adventure (Midnight Lake).
