Just post how you first found the site and started to hack. It's interesting how people found out SMW Central.
I probably found it in almost the same way that everyone else found it, YouTube. It was ProtonJon's let's play of Super Mario TKO (the first couple videos back in February of last year). In less than a month I heard of SMW Central, and after lurking around for a bit, I joined.

Well I found a video on Kaizo mario so I was looking for a tutorial on how to make a kaizo hack and so I found a Lunar Magic tutorial. The guy said you should go to SMWcentral for hacking stuff and so I'm here. :)
I found it years ago when I first started hacking I Googled Lunar magic and got SMWCentral.net
Deja vu ...

I found this site through I think it was a video, or shortly after I downloaded Lunar Magic in August of 2007. Man, that was a fun year.

Looking for some SMW hacks since I downloaded a big then of SNES ROMS, and it had a SMW hack in it called SMW Hell. I played it and it was fun. But I wanted to play more, so I Googled SMW hacks and found SMW Central .
I made a thread like this.

Anyway, when FuSoYa's site was down I found this looking for LM.
I saw some youtube videos of smw hacks and I wanted to play them. I did some Google searching and came across this site.
Looking or help on Yoshi's Island Hacking, and found this place.Free counters!
I first found Lunar Magic when I heard about a SMW level editor. I found out I needed a ROM and an emulator so I got those as well. Then, I saw some of TheNewerGuy's SMW level videos and found a download link, which led me here. :O

Stop stealing my life story.

By watching ProtonjonSA.
He reffered to this site in some of his videos.
First video I saw of him probaly was the kaizo one.
Before I even knew him, I wasn't even aware of smw hacking. And seeing him getting some shitty hacks made me want to make a good hack.
And thus I made a hack (Yes you need savestates, no it aint kaizoish. Its the hard but fun type). Afterwards I fixed some stuff, because I learned about it either here or found it out by myself.
I still thinking of making a remake of it and post it here (with some levels edited out or changed).

This is how I remember finding it to. But there is something strange. He started LPing that in February, but I joined in January... So I guess he mentioned it in a video before TKO.

Yeah, so what if I haven't shoveled out my signature yet, I'll get to it later.

I found FuSoYa's site (about four years ago) after seeing the 'Strange Mario' series by Acmlm. I downloaded Lunar Magic and needed a ROM. I had no clue what the hell that was, so I searched Google, found a (unclean) ROM, and started editing. I needed help after I started editing GFX, searched Google, and here I am.
Uh... I think it was through Raocow sometime early last year.

Good fucking bye.
Through some YouTube videos, and searching for the demo of Mario's Keytastrophe. About 2 years ago yeah.
Searching for tutorials on Google, and found this place. Pretty standard stuff.
