STORY: Someone has locked Peach in her own nightmare using an evil curse! Mario must find the seven life capsules of lifeness to free Pricess Toadstool from this spell. A shadowed figure and his minions have locked the only seven life capsules away in castles! There is only ONE way to destroy these capsules. It is by shooting them into space, because the capsules energy source comes from Oxygen. Luckily, the hooded figure doesn't know that yet. But it's only a matter of time before he finds out! Will Mario be able to save the Princess?
Nice level you got there! The only problem I can see is the Overworld, it looks a bit blocky and flat with a few decorations, try to add different angles of the Overworld and add some more decorations. Other than that, it looks great. Plus, it would be nice to post some pictures too.
Your layout has been renewed.
Not bad for a first hack. Problems:

-Perspective error below Mario on OW
-Bland OW
-Floating OW Sign
-Blocky OW
-You have no power-ups.
-I think I can see bits and pieces of Level 105. Not obvious, so it's very minor.
-Although not really a problem, a smoother transition to the Chuck's platform in the cave would be nice
-Jumping Piranha Plants are only supposed to come from Pipes
-Something felt missing from your level. Maybe it was too linear, I can't really tell.

EDIT: Also, could you give us more info? Plot, what will be in the hack, etc.
The level was decent, but you could have added some coins and power-ups.
The overworld could use more detail too.
It would be great if you added some dragon coins...
Hmm...I will fix these problems right now!

That's a nice level you got there (and that's you're first one? I wish my first level was even somewhat close to that good...)

I do spot a few more minor problems, though.

At 2:25, you should add a pit or maybe a wall to keep the Chuck's footballs from collecting below Mario.

At 2:34, you should change the entrance's initial posistion to (FG=00, BG=00) so that the screen doesn't scroll down to Mario and instead starts where Mario is.

At 2:50, it seems as though it's a bit too tricky to get that Yoshi Coin. If you moved it a space or two to the left, Mario wouldn't have to go down there to get it.

These are only minor problems though, and should be easy for you to fix. Keep up the good hacking!

[?] Miscellaneous Helpful Hints
If I moderated your hack, there was apparently a 90 percent chance it was rejected.
There are perspective errors in the OW and it is too blocky. Finally, try to add icebergs and small islands to decorate the sea.
However, this is good for the first hack. Keep up the good work.

Okay..... I have not posted since APRIL OMG... I am finished with the second level though! (after 2 months :( ) Now for the pictures!

The OW still looks blocky. Take a look at SMW or some featured hacks for the sort of OW you should be aiming for.(TSRPR has an amazing overworld, for example)
I like the other screens, and good to see you have custom blocks although forced powerdown is never a goood idea.

(When an OW is 'blocky' it means the OW is too square and not varied enough in land.)

Anyway, I am liking this hack alot right now.
I change my layout every 4-5 months
Ok, what I've seen so far looks great, however I have a few things to nag about on the first level.

Theres no new enemies in the first level. I counted all the enemies from the original levle 105, and theres only a few enemies deleted/added. I would REALLY change that. Other then that, its ok.
