Just select .bin file when editing the database and add the offsets to it
There are blocks adapted to work with btsd. Look for Block Tool to BTSD Blocks Pak in the blocks section

Yes, you can. Just download that block, it should be a .bin file, and insert it with BTSD by using the .bin menu. The setup of this folder is not that much different from the old BT, but the Map16 numbers are now in hex.
