This level is a mountainous region with lots of Monty Moles. They will mostly pop out from ledges to try and get you, however, they pop out really slowly to make it easier on the player. The last screen is right next to the end of the level, so don't worry about difficulty.
Oh, and I also have a submap to show. Keep in mind it's my first good submap. What do you guys think?
This an actual in-game picture of what will be a Metal Gear Solid-esque communication system. I plan on being creative with the dialogues patch for text in this. I still don't have the enlarged character GFX to go in the boxes. This will be a big part storyline-wise in my new hack.
The only problem I have with that is that the bg pallete looks very... pukey... It may be worth having exanimated palletes on the BG as well if you're trying to fit in every colour. Other than that, looks quite interesting...
@Riot898 Oooh, thats pretty cool. May I ask what kind of hack it is?
It's a story-driven hack, with movie-like qualities such as flashbacks (playable) and other things. I'm currently thinking of ways to code generator's that could enhance SMW cinematics to have more of a "modern" game feel. It's should be a little darker than SMW. The hardest part about making it is the levels, unfortunately.
