I ended up having to wear braces twice for losing my "retainers" the first time that came afterward. I had them relatively young at 8 and 10 years old, respectively.

I have never worn any braces ever nor had to get any cavity filled or tooth pulled. And now, I have two or more that are causing problems with pushing some of my other teeth so they need to go - and one or two of them have a cavity so that's convenient, huh?

Those two are probably due to really lacking my usual brushing schedule for the past two or more years. Now I am just...eh, I'll do it when I have to. That leads me to doing it only a few times a week or a bit less. I also have lots of sugar and pop with acids so that doesn't help either.

Edit: Oh, and I went in for 'testing' to see if I am qualified for the certain benefit that they should have tested long ago. If the results are good, I am looking at some good money coming from it. Like $400 per month for the last two years and this month. So $400 * $24...$9,600 or $10,000 dollars. Yeah, that's something to look forward to.
This is for survivor benefits from my mother. Sadly I will lose out on like a year because it wasn't done sooner. Still, this will help out a lot.

Edit 2: Now that I think of it, it could be $300 per month. Which would be $2,400 dollars less but still quite a lot. It will help college or getting me a car so I can actually drive for once.

I'm back, I suppose. If you didn't see my (locked) topic of my comeback, then...yah, this works too. :P
Eh, not much else to say...awkward... *Scoots away*

Revelation 20-21: He who testifies to these things says, "Surely I am coming quickly." Amen. Even so, come Lord Jesus! The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

Welcome back ;)

Anyways, I had braces. My teeth were horrible (like 1-2 teeth were actually behind other teeth.)With about 4 year of having the braces on, my teeth finally are back they way they should be. I'll tell you , it was one of the most annoying experiences I ever had in my life, but in the end I'm glad I got it done.

That's not all the bad experiences. There was a time my girlfriends hair got caught in it, or the time I got my tongues frenulum got stuck on it (don't ask me how I managed that), or the tim-*shot*

In all seriousness. Yes they are a bit annoying to get used to in the first few weeks, but you will be happy with the result in the end.

Wisdom teeth will be the worst to deal with, and thankfully, I'm not in the military, so there is no, oh hold on -clears throat, begins talking like Mr. Buzzcut from Beavis and Butthead- IMMEDIATE REMOVAL REQUIRED! /Buzzcut

But it's still scary to look forward to. There's my braces fear...imagine having braces cramming those teeth together WITH wisdom teeth! Bye bye natural teeth, hello dentures! Or those caps that replace all teeth... that would be even worse. There's a chance of infection with those.

No more teeth; they can be a scary thing. Why not change the subject?

...so today is professional day, and it turns out...I CAME TO SCHOOL FOR NOTHING! So that's a waste of time and gas, and four hours left to kill till work starts. On the upside, I'm not closing tonight. But there is always that chance; I got the cool manager tonight who always makes me stay late anyway. Least now I don't have to worry about telling my teacher to let me leave early with some classwork as homework. No one's in except students! Lawlimsofunnysomeonekillme

I am glad they brought that show back. I remembered so many good times as a kid. Now if only other older shows would take a hint- and hopefully not butcher them like certain others.

Recently I noticed that this certain medication I am taking causes bad taste in my mouth. So either you keep drinking something to get the taste out of your mouth or have a foul metallic taste in your mouth most of the day. Water is impossible to drink so that pretty much is out of the question. On the plus side, I only need to take 6 more of those and I am through.

On the topic of medical things, I found out a couple years back that I have Lyme disease. They put me on a one month course of Doxycycline which ended up messing with my stomach more than anything. Before that one month medicinal course, though, I got deathly ill with the disease before even knowing what it was. Long story short, the hospital didn't know what the hell it was doing when taking my blood after sustaining a spider bite at my seasonal job. Just...took my blood and left it in a jar to coagulate, I guess. We came in through the ER a couple of weeks later with my joints all stiff, jaw locked, neck locked and head pounding like hell, and that's when they said "Gee, we should test his blood." Positive for Lyme disease. Hospitals wanted my blood for weeks right after. I wonder if they're going to use it now to slay the sparkling vampires...it'd be nice to know my blood would be helpful in SOMETHING.

Now they have me on a lighter course of the medicine, Amoxycylline. That was to help with the flu I had a couple of days ago, and I need to finish it. Funny enough, I got bitten by a tick again, but the medication also knocks down Lyme disease as effectively as Doxy. Just doesn't do as much damage to the stomach as Doxycycline does. Thankfully...

I hope the medicine helps you to feeling a bit better. That is something similar to what my step sister had. She was like hiking or something and got bite by a tick probably while under some of the trees in the area. She had a few flu-like symptoms and then got a bit worse and went to the hospital. They just looked at it without even doing anything saying, "Oh it is nothing. Just a flu. Off you go!" Then my step mom kept insisting to test for something (her used to being a nurse helped). And what do you know, meningoencephalitis (if I heard her correctly).

And you know what, a similar doctor dismissing happened with my mother. You know how that outcome went. Yeah.

So, because of the recent... developments.. in the US's government, I will be moving to London (or someone near) rather soon (meaning within the next year). I can't wait for that, I have been wanting to get out of here for years.

Ok, I'll bite. What kinda of changes in the government is causing you to move? I mean the government has sucked for years, why the sudden change now?

He explicitly said he wanted to get out of there for years #mlp{aj}

Your layout has been removed.
Yet he also mentioned the "recent developpments", and Lightvayne asked what they were. #pop{plain}

One name: Rick Santorum. At this point it is obvious that he is gonna win the election and will fuck everything up. So me and my family are gonna leave while we still can.
I've heard a lot of people talk about leaving the country if XYZ is elected, but you're the first to actually go through with it. Congratulations, I suppose.

I didn't notice, although that may be because I don't really follow politics. Regardless, how is it obvious? Are people rallying through the streets holding signs telling people to vote for Santorum? If so, I don't know how I've never noticed that. Also, what exactly is he going to fuck up?

That implies that once elected, Rick Santorum will force you to stay in this country and never leave. I hate to break it to you, but this isn't a communist country like China. The fact that we even have the right to elect our President disproves that. Even if he was elected, do you really hate him so much that you'd move to another country just so you don't have to deal with his decisions? He's not all-powerful, you know. Any decision made by anyone in power of the United States has to be approved by at least two of the three branches of governments, not just the President. And what if Rick Santorum doesn't get elected as President? You just moved to England for no reason in that case. Even if he does, you'll have time to move before he's actually in office. At least wait.

Why am I reminded of that South Park episode about Obama getting elected and all the Republicans wanting to kill themselves.

I wouldn't leave this country unless the president is going to do something completely off the wall and unconstitutional, yet is probably going to get passed. In other words very, very unlikely.

There's few things I hate more than when people think communism is the exact same thing as a dictatorship. These things are completely unrelated to each other. It just happens that in a dictatorship it's actually much easier to control your people if you convert to communism.

I believe communism is in every way better than capitalism. The real problem is that no country have really decided to take on communism properly.

Also: "At this point it is obvious that he is gonna win the election and will fuck everything up." Are you a psychic???

@Derpy Backslide: Haha, I remember that episode. I remember at then end of it where it was all just a cover up to get something but I forgot what.

Yeah, it isn't something to really move from. Chances are if you move to another country, they might have something you don't like (another policy you don't like) and be even worse off. So don't get your hopes up. Plus moving costs like that isn't too lovely.

I like where I am plus I can't move too far away from a good friend of mine. <3 You know who you are, but you won't see this message.
I'd like to visit a place like Denmark though.
