Well, if you're super good at ASM, just about anything is possible, right?
Without vast knowledge of ASM, however, I doubt that you would be able to make such a thing without tons of help from one of the top ASMers here (though if you were to ask for such help, I would try out the Advanced thread).
Someone made a patch(jacob, maybe?) but they haven't released it, and don't plan on it for a undetermined amount of time. So you will have to replicate it yourself. swacha, iceguy, superman6791 and maxx made tutorials, check the tutorial section for them. Make sure you get at least basic asm knowledge before asking about this, though.
I hate it when someone wont release something that alot of people would want, like this and the Boom Boom boss from SMB3. Why do they have to be Nazis?
But I don't want to be just Yoshi, but have Yoshi act as he appeared in SMW but with Flutter Jump and Egg throwing.

Yah, if you want something big like that, your going to have to make it yourself. imagine if Jimmy were to submit that patch. it would get overused to hell. then, if Jimmy had a hack with it, it wouldn't be as special. as for now, just use the "play as yoshi" patch in the patches section, or learn asm
