Game freezes at title screen:

My Super Mario World hack freezes at the title screen.
I can't play my Super Mario World hack.
How do I fix my Super Mario World hack?
What is causing my Super Mario World hack to freeze at the beginning?

With the information you gave I'm basically unable to help you.
Did you apply any patches, done any hex edits or some other advanced stuff?
I've changed the graphics to the characters.
I've used YY-CHR for changing some of the graphics.
Is changing the graphics to the characters part of hex editing?
It seems like the game is freezing on every level.
I don't know why my hack is doing this.
Well it is not, but what did you do before it started freezing?
Also, which version of SMW do you have?

Hmm... I don't think that just editing graphics would cause the game to freeze up. Did you add any music or try soething in Lunar Magic you haven't used before?

Anyway, your most likely going to have to port your levels to a new ROM.

I think it was Lunar Magic that messed up my levels.
What causes Lunar Magic to mess up your game hack?
I worked really hard on putting custom colors on all nearly 512 levels.
Is there a quicker way to copy the whole entire palette page on to another level, without having to click on one square at a time to another palette?
I can copy the levels on to another level by using the mouse and pressing Control C, and then Control V on the next level.
The graphics images I can copy with no problem.
I would like to learn a quicker way to copy the palette squares on to another palette, by being a custom palette.
It takes me almost thirty minutes to copy a whole custom palette by clicking back and fourth with the mouse on two separate palettes by using the Control key.
for levels, go to file>levels>"export multiple levels to file"
for palletes, go to File>palletes>extract shared palletes from rom
then go to a clean rom, go to file>levels>import multiple levels to file, find the file you created by importing, and load it. then go to files>palletes>import shared pallete to rom.

I figured out what was freezing the game. It was one of the colors, that was on the palette color. I didn't realize that some of the colors on the palette, could make the game freeze. So I changed its color back to the color, that Lunar Magic and the game wants. Now my hack doesn't freeze any more.
That solves the problem.
