sprites..

hey this is probably a nooby question but i want to know if its possible to get all of the sprites to look like the actual sprites and not to be messed up.

For example. I need to change the SP4 value to 0E to make ninji appear correctly however i need to change it to something else to make chuck appear correctly, but when i do chuck appears fine but ninji becomes scrambled again. Can i get both of them to appear fine at the same time?
