I think they might look better fully spinning instead of rocking back and forth.
They would, but would YOU want to make ALL those frames for em #w{}
Not to mention since their global, I put it in ExGFX61. Making it fully spin would chew up the space in there SO bad.Your layout has been removed.
It wouldn't be that bad it should only take 4 frames to make them fully spin and for ExAnimation files they have more space in them so it really wouldn't take up that much space.
if you don't know what I mean by that I must quote the tip of the day

Cool... but whenever I save It never saves below the 8 line...?
(after the next post, start pming for this little Exanimation stuff)Your layout has been removed.
I can save you the PM trouble here is an extended file
Also the spinning bullet animation is done, but it turned out like crap so its a no-go. Back to the rocking!
Also, incase it wasn't obvious, Sharks (Sushis) come out of the splintered wood.
Yeah, those custom generators and shooters that allow you to pick which sprite to spawn are pretty darn useful.Your layout has been removed.
Awesome work with the Leaves and the Silver Bills, Deathblade26. Luckily the Leaf I wanted was picked, so that's convenient. I'm glad that the Bullet Bills only rock back and forth, as it reminds me of the Bullet Bills in Mario Kart DS, the power-up ones that rock back and forth as well.
Love the way the Jolly Roger looks so far, but a first-time player might not realize that the cracked wood is a generator. I'd put a red eye in a small hole in the cracked wood, just so the player can see that there are enemies inside of it...
Overall, everything looks fantastic so far, as usual. Good luck with whatever awesome creation you're doing next!
You know the hack is completely awesome when I purposely edit my catchphrase...
Heheh, thanks! To be honest, I really dont see my hack as THAT great...
Anyways another Graphics update! There is now a small grayscale pallette for every sprite that has a large amount of white in it.
I know what your saying right now... "What?"
So, here are some examples. The old (no grayscale) are on the top, the new (grayscale) are on the bottom.
Obviously the grayscale look alot better. Theres also PLENTY more, not just these. (chuck bodies and heads, koopa shells, ect.)Your layout has been removed.
@DeathBlade26 I think it looks cool keep up the good work
The ship is a good idea, finally I see somebody using that idea of the shark generator from DKC3.
If you want to add gray palettes in the sprites in ALL the levels of your hack and make it smoother, do it,is a very good idea.
But when I see that pictures...they try to tell me that I have to do the same, but I don't want to stole your idea.
Oh, thats perfectly fine. This is actually the case in Icegoom's Mario's Lost World hack, and since both of us are (sort of, I'm using Redrawn GFX just with a few touch ups) feel free. To be honest, I wouldn't have made the change if I had more then a few levels made.Your layout has been removed.
Really?
Thanks.buddy, now I will not fell bad about to the same as you.(well... sorta)
Wow, nice GFX, like always, good level design too. awesome 8)
