Recently, every post you have made has been stupid, not thought through, and very spammy. Either find a brain in your head or stop posting. Seriously. You are really annoying me and most of the userbase. I don't know if you think you're funny typing in all caps, posting 10 or less words per post, or generally being an idiot, but it isn't. Unless there's something "stupid, not thought through, and really spammy" about every post I make and I don't realize it, I think you're being really strict about the way I've been behaving recently. Yes, I've been acting really stupid lately, and sure, it takes me a while to realize when I'm being an idiot, but do I really act like that with every single post I make nowadays?

Back on topic, I'm loving those pictures, Logup. I don't think Mario/the bullet bill really fits in, though.

That would be a yes. IIRC, he has more determination to finish its prequel, Yoshi's Mission.

Quick Question: How many name changes are we allowed for this holiday event? One?

I'm asking because I finally thought of a Halloween-type name to use (it's pretty simple and subtle), but I might end up with a better name to use before November rolls around. I don't want to waste it, basically.

I already got 2.

Not sure why you posted it here, but any name changes made during the holiday "seasons" will not count towards the one free change you have any other time of the year.

A couple days after I posted that I would be dropping out of the contest I had sudden inspiration like I never had it before. So I decided to work on a level. Right now, with the deadline being in ten days, I'll be cutting it very close if I end up finishing it. But I'm hoping for the best. Worst case scenario, if it's not finished by the deadline I'll use it in a future hack. But I'd really like to have it in this contest.

Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that the graphics style was extremely simple and easy to draw, while at the same time making it easier to come up with neat level design ideas, I probably wouldn't have even bothered with this. Hoping I can finish the last areas quickly.

I really wanted to draw a new Mario at first, but after drawing a full custom player graphics set for my scrapped hack idea, which took days to finish, I didn't even want to bother with player graphics again

I also like the idea of it being the level itself that's a drawing as opposed to everything in it, such as Mario.

No HFD, Fattie looks like drawn by a 4 years old and that automatically makes it cool.

But I like the MS Paint feel Gibdo's hack gives me

I started to work on my level, but this is a level I worked on before. I have a problem. Why does the Birdo turn dark sometimes and the SMW2 ghosts and Tap-Taps get frozen? It is not an intentional glitch. It just seems to happen random so I don't know what is wrong.
Can someone try to help me?

Also, I have a partner, but I don't know of he is going to help me.

This is a test

(I hope the video works b/c it says my Javascript is turned off or I have to update my Adobe Flash Player, but this is not my finished level yet. It is just a test, and I am trying to add a boss, but I don't think I'll have a chance to win b/c my partner and I don't know any ASM, and we don't know how to make custom bosses.

I really don't know why, but i loved those graphics GibdoMask9. It looks like it's a level made in MSpaint by a 3 years old child, and it still looks neat. AWESOME

@GibdoMask9/MajorasMask9: The simple MS Paint style of all the graphics reminds me of a great game that used similar graphics, An Untitled Story. I think you're doing a great job so far, so keep it up!

@Lespna1: The Tap-Tap custom sprite has a severe issue that is corrected if you use Romi's Spritetool. Simply inserting the Tap-Tap with Romi's Spritetool - not mikeyk's old Spritetool - should prevent that issue from popping up.

As for the bad palette on the Birdo, enable custom palettes and tinker with whatever colors Birdo uses until it looks right.

I'm ~98 % done with my entry, so expect it in a few days. ^_^ I'm so glad that I can finish it in time (and make it decent, too).

Damn me and swayingmaddness's need to make everything perfect (and my laziness), this could have been done a week ago...
