The former Army captain reached the Atlantic in Brazil – two and a half years after he started his epic adventure in the jungles of Peru.

The final leg proved one of the most challenging, with Mr Stafford collapsing at the side of the road a few hours before reaching his final destination.

Full article.

This guy is plain awesome. 2,5 years, walking through the whole (not to mention, very dangerous) Amazonas, is not a common action. He did this to call more attention to the perishing jungle of Amazonas. I read in the newspaper, that he plans another big journey next year, but the destination is a secret yet. I'm interested what else can he come up with after this amazing "walkathlon"!
I hope it's either Orinoco, Mississipi/Missouri or Nile
Well, that guy is awesome. Doing stuff a normal person couldn't even think. Well done!

they say... i forgot
That must have taken a lot of commitment to walk such a huge distance. I can't believe he's actually going to do another one of these walks so soon.
Hey honey, I'm back from my morning walk.

hopefully he remembered his pokewalker that is prety amazing, it must have been hard to do all that.
It's pretty sad when the first person I think of after hearing an article like this is Bear Grylls from Man vs. Wild XD

But I think the perfect response to this has already been well made...

That must have been an amazing adventure. It's impressive that he's not going to stop after this gigantic trip.
