Looks like it's a WIP (hopefully). The music is quite nice though. Errors
In the titlescreen the shell-less koopas are glitched.
There are no riding yoshi graphics.
You forgot to edit the swimming tile in GFX00.
There were more but I don't feel like pointing them all out. Levels
Yoshi's Island 1 was the only one edited and quite frankly it seemed like you just randomly placed things anywhere. In other words, it had no point (plus there was no ending) Gameplay
Should be obvious by what I've said above. Overall

Yeah It Is A Wip! And I Removed The Riding Yoshi As He Is Going To Act Like A Spring Board So Theres No Point And They Were Glitchy Anyway So I Removed All The Un-nessercsery GFX
- Obviously OW and intro level will be chnaged so yeah.
- There is still some of marios tiles on megaman.
- Why did megeman get powered up at the start? Can he not take any hits or is it one hit then death?
- Megaman is 8-bit comapred to the rest of the 16 bit FG
- A background would be nice, along with water and lava animating.
Level design:

Ok I Used It Because Its Going To Be In The Mario Dimention
I know but it's fixed beacause it fixes the missing frame of the koopa sliding animation.

1. Make a background. Having a solid blue color isnt gonna cut it.
2. Intro screen messed up "cutscene" words. Change something. I had this bug before but forgot how I fixed it. I messed around with the positioning and stuff IIRC.
3. Make the Fire burn blocks have ExGFX, and make them uncarryable.
4. 0:56 blind jump. Add coins to lead the way.
IMO the level was a bit empty, and I did not like it at all.
Oh and in case you could not tell, Simple Bag was sarcastic.

You say the BG tiles have "white" around them?
Well it should b easy to fix unless you meesed around with there GFX or pallette.
Also its Dimensions not Dimentions....

You should probably have some way to indicate if you have a "mushroom" or not. Like, if you can take a hit.
