I believe:

There is life on other planets, sentient or not.

UFOs should stop being associated with only alien aircraft, as that isn't at all what the abbreviation stands for (Unidentified Flying Object, I.E. a jet, plane, helicopter, or even a balloon that's origin is unknown).

Anyone who claims to have seen an alien aircraft at night needs to look at the lights of a plane or jet flying by, or by day needs to watch a balloon floating away.

Conspiracy theorists, with conspiracies alien based or no, need to all be sent far away from society or, preferably, die in a fire.

I think there is definitely other life somewhere out there. The universe still expanding, so i'm sure we can't be the only ones living in it.

Aliens are creatures not from Earth.

Humans on other planets are not on Earth, hence aliens.

You believe in aliens.

(I do too).

But humans are different to aliens
Because humans have thumbs and only has some shades of colors, aliens not

I belive in aliens, but they can be thousands of lightyears away,
I think we aren't the single lives in the hole universe.

Maybe, on an other planet, somebody asks it's family, for other creatures in the universe...

... You can't possibly know that. And before mentioning whatever movie you got that idea from, they aren't necessarily true.

Also, from Wikipedia:

... Aliens are extraterrestrial life. Humans from other planets=extraterrestrial life=aliens.

To them we're the aliens because we have these thumbs and limited "shades of colour".

Nice to see you know what aliens look like however. Did you meet one recently?
Where in any religion are aliens mentioned to be created by god? Although I'm sure Creationists will find some Biblical loophole taken out of context which will make sense of them like they did with dinosaurs.

I'm actually curious how religions would react to them wishing to practice the religions Earth has for some ungodly reason. Would they welcome the extra followers or shun them? I'd be particularly interested in Christianity's response, seeing how they shun homosexuals. Would an alien be more welcome than another human?
As a Christian with open beliefs and acceptance of other's opinions and views of religion I would treat them like a brother. Can't say how those wacky super-Christians who burn Korans and go door to door handing out pamphlets with "GOD WILL SAVE YOU, MUSLIM!" written in size 46 text would react though. They'd probably stir up some huge commotion and force the government to take action.
I as well am a Christian. While I think that we are the only sentient beings, I would not ignore the truth if an alien race made contact with us.

If there is one thing about God that I am sure of, it is that he is full of surprises.
I would also argue proving aliens would theoretically make a huge dent in many faiths since many are extremely human-centric and do in fact word for word say we are the only and special ones.

(Not that that would actually matter in the grand scheme of things, the bible's interpritation has been drastically altered before.)

Life on other planets has a fairly high probability of happening- the low low probability of life forming is somewhat counteracted by the high number of planets.

But sentient and accessable aliens? I doubt that if any exist we will ever, on any time-scale, find them.
W3LL OF COURS3 4L13NS 3X1ST! YOUR3 T4LK1NG TO ON3!

("Well of course aliens exist! You're talking to one!" In reality rather than Halloween inspired characterizations, I believe aliens are very likely to exist out there somewhere.)
quite seriously, there is a very real chance that they wouldn't exist.

some scientists once decided, "hey, you know what? let's sit down and make a list of things and calibrations of the Earth's situation and surroundings that if changed even slightly in either direction would negate the existence of life!" obviously, they did. fun fact: if jupiter wasn't almost exactly its size and mass from the formation of the solar system, we wouldn't exist? seriously, this list is a beast.

here's why it's so astronomically (lol pun) improbable that aliens exist:
  • take the probability (for the sake of argument, say it was easily calculable) of pretty much everything on that list happening again somewhere (anywhere) in the same 14 billion light-year long observable universe that we exist in.
  • now, take the probability of all that, but happening in the miniscule time period that humans are alive.
  • now take all of the above and specify its location to be close enough for even the smallest possible contact with earth, and that humans are at this point of technological advance.
yeah. also, the original probability? it's not easily calculable.

i'm not saying it's absolutely impossible. i mean, the universe wasn't specifically tailored for us to exist, but we do. (if it was, aliens have even less of a chance of existing.) i'm saying that it's like trying to balance a pen on its tip so perfectly that it stays up straight for the next thousand years.

...by throwing it 6 feet into the air and letting it land.

(it's more or less about as likely, that is. i haven't the time to calculate the chances of either of those happening.)
we are all 😎 but some are more 😎 than others

Okay. I don't think you understand. You don't get to decide what aliens look like. You are not a god. You do not get sway in this.

Aliens will look however they look when they come into contact with humans. They won't change from person to person. A dolphin looks the same to both of us, so why should an extra-terrestrial look any different?

I meant that, for me, aliens did not seem human, I'm not saying that everyone should think this. Each one has their opinion.

--------------------
I'm sort of 50/50 when it comes to it. It's not entirely impossible. But not entirely "Yes, there is." They COULD also invade earth, if it was a really freaking long project, with lots of men and women reproducing on the spacecraft, donkey or unicicle or whatever. Or they they could be cloning. They could be ants, or whatever, if they existed.

Bottom line? Anything's possible.
I do believe in aliens. There's probably another kind of living in other places, far or close, IMO.

Now I need to change my old avatar. Or not.
Life on other planets? Yes
Intelligent Life? No...

There has been NO EVIDENCE of any extraterrestrial life aside from some microscopic organisms on Mars. "Alien Lights" can be best explained as fake, planes, weather balloons, or scientific experiments. Humanoid life like in the movies is just about impossible to develop in nature. "Alien Abductions" can best be described as lies, schizophrenic hallucinations, or frightful memories induced by trauma from your incarcerated uncle when you were seven.

Are you terrified? I am too.

I just turned off the Devil's Machine on October 13, 2010 and some UFOs appeared over New York City.

This is the exact opposite of what you said at first and I doubt my brain will ever comprehend anything you ever say again.

Also Suns, you're basing whether aliens can exist on:
  1. The fact that people claim to be abducted by aliens (obvious hoaxes but this doesn't defeat the possibility of them existing).
  2. That intelligence is strictly limited to a humanoid form.
