Originally a submission to the 2nd Kaizo contest which is too easily broken, I made several updates and fixes to this hack. This is the FINAL version that I ever made. I couldn't update it any further since my ROM file became corrupt. Scroll down to the bottom of the page for the download link.

Here are the screenshots:

Have fun! #w{=D}
Well, when I first played this (when you first submitted it to the kaizo contest) I really enjoyed it. I'm not sure what differences has been made from each version?

Anyways its a great hack and people should try it!

The different versions were because the hack was easily breakable. Anyways, I loved the hack when I first played it from the Kaizo thread, so right now, I would still enjoy it. It was easily breakable, but not sure if you fixed those glitches.

tl;dr, play this hack.
This is one of the few Kaizo hacks other then the originals I've played. It's defintely one of the more fun ones I've played, even if it's quite a bit trickier then the original Kaizo Marios.

... I should really get around to trying to finish this.

Edit: (facepalm)

... Look at my postcount. LOOK AT IT. D:

--------------------
Good fucking bye.
I played this and it is HARD. I couldn't get past the place where you had to spin jump a block in a two block wide space with spikes on one side.

Dude, it's called Kaizo. Of COURSE it's hard. >.>

Good fucking bye.

umm... yeah, I need some help on this part:

I cant seem to hit the p-switch block and then land safely on the non-death block. I usually don't use slowdown, but i even tried that and it still didn't work.I'm not a really good mario player, but i was good enough to get his far. what am i doing wrong?

Have you tried spinjumping? Many jumps that seem impossible become easier when you spinjump, especially jumps like this.

--------------------
Of course you should fight fire with fire, you should fight everything with fire.

Oooh look at my userbar!

Sadistic Designer - testing Pit without tools.

Actually, I have tried spinjumping. I have tried both regular and spinjumps while holding the button and releasing it at different times, still to no avail. However, I do land on the very left edge of the death block when i press and hold the spinjump button. I'll try it some more tommorow when im refreshed and see if that'll help.

EDIT:

For reference, this is about as far as i can get...

Sometimes, I get a bit farther to landing on the ? block, but generally, this is as far as i can make

EDIT 2: (i dont want to double post, so i edited it again)

Ive tried and cant seem to get it. Towards the creator: Do you have any advice on making this jump? Ive even tried to watch TASs on youtube but no one has TASed the new version with the P-switch block(there was an actual P-switch in the old version).

Oh... alright then. Just wondering because I haven't seen anyone actually do that jump yet.

Pretty easy with frame by frame but almost impossible with real speed since you have to press A for only one frame on the last frame possible to jump and start to go back only 4 frames after or something like that.

That's an old version of my patch, it has a bug that lets you still walljump if moving fast enough at a wall. This new version fixes that.

Oh, thanx! At least I know it's possible now, s I'll keep on trying :)
