Kaizzle 2 (Kaizo meets Puzzle)

Hey there guys :)

I want to introduce my 2nd Hack to you. It's called Kaizzle 2 and it already is some months old. It has no changed OW or title screen because I just focused on level design back then. It's quite difficult, because it requires weird glitches and precise timing, so I would not recommend to play it unless you have have some experiences in TASing.

IIRC there were some video's, who made this seem like a hack which required slowdown abuse. Also I'll probably look for breaks in LM or something when I have spare time ;)

Yeah I played through it at 1/2 speed seems like I forgot to mention that. Yeah feel free to do so, I'm always interested in breaks^^

How I can pass the level "You only die twice" ? It's only 15 seconds in that level.

"Y22) If Mario collects a powerup soon after dying, he will bounce up a little and will not die. The death music will continue playing, though."

You have to lick a power-up with yoshi just before time runs out

so keep yourself alive at 0 time left and you can jump up ;)

Nice hack, the jump looks impossible, but it's not. Gonna continue playing this soon.

That is some amazing level design. Having to die is nice gimmick. Also that part with the flames and spiked ball things was freaking awesome. Props go to you sir :)




I liked some sections, but I didn't like most of the level. The sections don't really blend in with each other all that well, and quite a bit of the level is simply abusing a single glitch without anything else... that's not too creative.

I don't understand the trap at the end; why would people even try to hit the Silver Pow? Or will that section be changed?
Also Shell Puzzle break for free fireflower and shell near the end.
Those Ball-n-Chains, where are they attached to? Will you leave that as thin air..?

Welp, to sum it up: I dislike the way you used that glitch to stay alive at time 0, and I really didn't like how you used it twice... even though the second time it blends in decently with the midway point I still wouldn't enjoy this...
