Finally, after weeks of hard work, a HD crash, two year of nothing and weeks of hard work, I finally completed enough of powertool to release a beta. Since the beta is still buggy, and I'm not too sure if the way I did some of the stuffs is the best one, I don't suggest using it in your hack for now(unless for testing prupose)

a generic powerup sprite wich can be edited to give any powerup value
Item Box graphic are transfered over the smiling coin in SP2
I'm accepting powerups request, but I would really like it if the requester were to provide me the graphics for the powerup(since I can't draw)
bug I'm aware of:
-the intro will desync with the recored move if Mario get a powerup, you may need to record the intro again
-some enemies that used to be unkillable will display glitched GFX when killed by the "stronger" powerups
-block which directly put a fire flower in the item box will cause the fire flower to act like normal as opposed tp flashing and slowly falling
