Can a Question Block be replaced with a different Question Block? Is it OK to replace a P-Balloon block with one that contains say, a Mushroom?

you are allowed to add new screen exits and entrances, however you cannot add doors or new pipes, you can however, change an un-enterable one into an exit-enabled pipe.

Well, i don't know how many levels have been sent to you, but this contest is way too long. I prefer that you may place the deadline nearer than one month left, or else this contest is never going to end really.

Can I make one additional Dragon Coin? I'm making level, and I don't use level 1CB (it's not possible to enter it).
If not, can I use sprite Dragon Coin? (I'm doing it in category 3)

You can either replace 2 regular coins on top of each other, or the sprite dragon coin.

So, I guess my only option is sprite Dragon Coin, because there is no normal coins in Yoshi's Island 1 aside of cave portion.

Teh Hack 1.5 is tricky part at regular expressions, in case you ask. And it's category 3, because of lol ASM.
