Hey everyone, It's Igna6750 and I have got a question. I have got a Japanese game (to be exact, Super Mario Allstars 25th year anniversary) and I wanted to play it, but when I put it, it didn't work. Then, I found out about something called "AnyRegionChanger" (a HB App) and I watched a video of someone using Ocarina to break the Region Locker. So, I decided to use GeckoOS (since I have had a bad experience with Ocarina) and I changed these options:
Language: Japanese
Force NTSC? Yes
SD Cheats: No
and so I ran the game, but then I remember that in the "AnyRegionChanger" video I watched in the description there was a message saying that breaking the Region Lock could brick my Wii!
in case aanyone knew what I could happen. What do I do? Is this safe or could I really have my Wii bricked?
I am REALLY unsure about this, because I really wanted to play SMAS25th year anniversary, but I didn't want to wait until December 12 and I didn't want to brick my Wii. What should I do? Should I play it like that or not?
