Is there a way to add mist in the level without being a Ghost House level, like in SDW:TLC?

I think you have to click the button with the fish in the water in Lunar Magic's level editor, then enable layer 3. Go to the pull-down menu to choose which part of layer 3 you want to use. One of them says "mist" or "ghost house mist" (I forget which one). Select it, then save your level. Test if it worked.

I have an suggestion, who happened with sucesfull with me:
When you to click in the fish button (left the red mushroom), in layer 3 options, choose tileset specific, so mark you the message "Disable NO Yoshi Level Intro", so in the blue poisonus mushroom, choose "Change Sprite GFX - Ghost House" and "ChangeFG/BG GFX - (Ghost House 1)". I hope who you understanded, my english is no good because I am Brazilian.

simply let the FG/BG in ghost house , the graphics of the normal level will not changed (open a normal level, and do thats configurations and save them , the level not will glitched - except the bushes- but it will not Bother the hacking)

Set the graphic settings to "Ghost House" and use ExGFX versions of the regular level GFX you want to use. You could have misty Yoshi's Island 1 that way.
