tl;dr: Your internet is like your phone plan: if you go over the cap of 25 GB ludicrous data charges. Why? Bell wants everyone to be like them to make them stronger.

There's still hope: sign the petition, write a letter to your PM, editorial in the paper, etc.

... at least, a near welcome to Australia? Whatever. We have data caps. A few months ago I was on a 30GB plan, now I'm on a 500GB one so I have no reason to complain anymore.
