Mario appears behind the rock when emerging from that pipe. Just remove the rock.

You're a little too generous here. Mario will either come to this point from the ACTUAL midpoint (and likely be at least big from there) or returning to this level after hitting the checkpoint (where there's a power-up block in the midpoint room. I would get rid of the power-up block from the midpoint room, honestly.

Compensate for the player's own stupidity here and block up this spot Mario's in.

There's a No Yoshi block in the latest base ROM. (It will turn Yoshi into a 1up.)

Plus this wall is pretty darn pointless since there's no way Yoshi can get past the first filter.

I'm not sure why I took this one. This is what I get for taking these screens over 24 hours ago.

Particularly pesky jump. An extra tile or two on either side should suffice.
I haven't tried the updated fire pillar room yet, but everything else checks out fine to me if the updated Goal Roulette is gonna do what I think it will.
