Reasons for removal:
First, these graphics were made by Carol. If he wanted those graphics on the site he would submit them himself. Don't rip graphics from a person's hack and upload them here.
Second, this tileset would be only be useful with a minecart sprite, which hasn't been made for public use yet, making this set quite useless.
