Reasons:
Nice graphics, but your file was in the format of an "AllGFX.bin", meaning there were lots and lots of irrelevant graphics included as well. Also, you included the perfect fly disable patch, which while helpful, is already hosted here. You should instead just mention in a readme that the user of these GFX should download and apply that patch.
