There is a flash game called "Worlds hardest game". The last level (level 30) I died about 300 times, it was insane hard.
Getting through a Left 4 Dead 2 Campaign on Expert Difficulty without going down or dieing... A major pain right there!

If you hold the jump button for as long as possible, then you hit your head on the ledge.
Not if you jump as soon as your foot touches the red dot.
Also more on-topic, one of the hardest things I've done recently is get the "Trial of Trials" medal in Super Street Fighter IV 3D edition, where you have to complete all of one characters trials, which pretty much need to be frame-perfect.
Maybe getting 100% in Super Mario World 2 Yoshi's Island, Some levels are a huge pain, especially notable ones such as "The very looooong cave" and "More Monkey madness"

And Definitely GTA Vice city's Mission "The Driver" In my opinion, the hardest most relentless Mission in the entire game. Mostly Because the police come after and knock you off course.

Oh and how could I forget "Wario's castle" In Super Mario Land 6 Golden Coins.

Completing my collection of three-heart runs in all the zelda games (except spirit tracks because I don't have it).

God, I died 653 times but still didn't give up and I did beat it.

I don't know if any of you played the flash game Super Crazy Guitar Maniac Deluxe 3 (loooong title) but getting perfect on Switch vs Evil Dog Round 2 was nearly impossible and took me 1423 tries.
Hmm, let's see now...
Beaten Crawmerax the Invincible on Borderlands during Playthrough 2 while playing solo, but now, meh, he's kinda easy now.
EggmanLand on Sonic Unleashed PS2 S-rank. Not gonna try it again.
Ratchet DeadLocked: Exterminator difficulty, solo play.
And... well... that's 'bout it. I guess.

Nothing to see here. Move along.

One of those awesome flash games. I really didn't have that much trouble on it. I 100%-ed the game in 3 days.

Getting all 120 stars in SM64 was a huge accomplishment too..

I play different games on Twitch, currently I speedrun Pokemon Gold or play some other shit, can also include SMW hacks. Check out my twitch!

Exits done: 45, Overworld: 85%
Play through Taomb Demo 3
Taomb is a frozen project. GodDamnit.
The dead fucking end.

For me it would be:

-Getting 100% on DK64, especially those damned Golden Bananas.

-Getting all the music notes in Rusty Bucket Bay.

-Finding all the Crystal Shards in Kirby 64.

-Completing Big's story in SADX. Froggy is evil...

-Beating Duo for the first time in MMBN4, and the fact you had to rebattle Laserman and MegamanDS again.

-Beating Bowser for the last time in SM64, it was my first difficult accomplishment. 8>

Final Fantasy 12 - Killing Yiazmat. That thing had 50 MILLION HP! I mean what the fuck?! At least I was able to leave the arena and save anytime. But still this took me like 3 days to beat!
Getting 100% completion in Yoshi's Island (I am never again even going to try for 100 on the Extras), getting 100% in any Donkey Kong Country game (had to use a GameFAQs guide for the first game), beating the final boss of any Mega Man X game except X2, X6, and X7, unlocking 150cc mode in Super Mario Kart, playing any ROM hack except SMW Hacks 101 without savestates...oh, wait, I haven't.
You think Crawmerax solo is hard? Try Crawmerax just after beating playthrough 1. Granted, my brother was there, but still.

This is a thing that's happening, now. Achievements in old video games.
Thank you for the layout, Erik557.

If not for respect, but dramatic effect, take on the face of Guy Fawkes.

What? Aside from Amy's, i would say Big's story was the easiest out of the 6, but for me, none of them were hard at all, doing the missions after them game was more difficult for me.

I agree with this, and also having to get everything just to fight Bass in MMBN5 and everything after the main story in 2 was difficult for me.
Getting 100% on kirby's canvas curse. Those mini games 3-extra medals were HELL.
Beating all levels on DKCR on mirror mode was quite tough, yes.
I beat Through the fire and the flames on Expert... but only the smash hits version (I die pathetically at the intro of the GH3 one because I can't use both my hands!!!)
Beating Metroid Prime corruption on hyper difficulty... The final battle took a while.
Beating all Perfect Dark missions on Perfect Agent setting, and getting practically all cheats (a lot of funny anecdotes ensued of that). I still haven't unlocked all 30 challenges, though. I think I have five missions left to complete. Those are impossible O_o Damn those Dark sims that are better than possible in so many different ways. Except explosions, perhaps.

Other stuff maybe.

Psh, that's easy. Unless you mean without any kind of upgrades.

For me one would have to be beating Omega on Mega Man ZX on hard mode, meaning no sub tanks or life ups to save you. I died I don't know how many times, because he's a lot faster and smarter here than in Mega Man Zero 3, and he can heal himself. Now that's just cruel.

Also beating Kuja and Necron on my first try in FF9. Kuja was ridiculously easy, but I can't believe I actually beat Necron. At one point Garnet and Zidane were both dead, Vivi was petrified and Steiner was berserked. I was about to turn off the game until, by some sort of miracle, Steiner got a Trance, curing his berserk off and allowing me heal everyone. Still though when I beat him I only had Garnet and Steiner alive. Just really really dumb luck I guess.

Beating Zero in MMX5 with X on Xtreme difficulty without any armor or sub-tanks. This one isn't that special but I felt pretty cool for doing it. I made the mistake of thinking going into the stage w/o armor would allow me to automatically equip the Ultimate armor from the capsule there. Well, obviously I was wrong but it didn't matter anyways.

Portal: TEST CHAMBER 18

rrr that part where you have to get up that really high room is just fhhfekj
I beat Cave Story's optional Sacred Grounds (hell) level in about 3 minutes and 16 seconds or something like that, which seems pretty impressive to me (although I know that my record is nothing compared to those people on youtube who beat it under 2 minutes and 30 seconds or whatever)
I could only ever beat Omega on Normal difficulty with 3 subtanks + all life ups and that is with a broken L button and a hundred prior deaths.
