I made a level that was a "testing" level and redesigned it to be an underground level. The level number is 49, but it does not appear in the list in the "Modify Level Tile Settings" levels list. Is it possible to add such a thing or do I have to use a level listed in the settings. It only has levels 1-24, 1/2(A-F), 100-139, 10/11/12(A-F), and 13(A-B)

Like you said, only levels 0-24 and 101-13B can be accessed from the overworld.
So to answer your question, you will need to move your testing level to one of those. Or just put a door in one of those that leads to level 49.Your layout has been removed.

x24 + x3B = x77, which translates to 119 in decimal. Oh, and that should be 101-13B, not 03B.

Total levels: x200. Unusable levels: x101-x25=xDC. => Usable levels: x200-xDC=x124.

I have counted the number of levels in the hack. The max is 94 levels. Unless there are some people who could bypass that limitation, you can be able to go 100 or even 200 levels. Wish I knew how to do that.
Wait a second... So is the max number of levels accessible from the map 94 or 119? This is very important to know. YCZ says its 119. And on another note, what are the maximum amount of stages playable with using pipes and doors for the whole game? Can i make 400 levels and have them connected by pipes?
It is possible to have yourself warped maybe 1000 times if you use up about 90-100 levels with at least 3-7 different entrances in each level, but there is a limit in the amount of secondary entrances you can set up, along with the other entrances.
I'm not sure I understand what you're asking, but my answer to what i understood is this:
Sure, you could make a hack with one exit, that uses as many of the 1FF levels that secondary entrances would allow.Your layout has been removed.
